From the first contact to final following up a comprehensive system is in place to monitors in real time contractor response, completion times and overall member satisfaction ratings. Every claim will receive at least two separate surveys Your Co-op will receive on going real time reporting and trends. All calls are recorded and can be listened to at any time.
